1. William Parsons household, 1880 U.S. census, Warren County, New York, Queensbury, enumeration district [ED] 122, supervisor's district [SD] 6, page 68, dwelling 576, family 681.
This shows the William Parsons' family for their first U.S. census taking, having only been in the states several months. William was working "at pottery" while his wife Mary stayed at home to care for their 4 children: Fred, 5; Mary, 3; Elizabeth, 2; and Laura, 7 months old.

3. William Parsons household, 1900 U.S. census, Warren County, New York, population schedule, Queensbury, enumeration district [ED] 101, supervisor's district [SD] 5, sheet 6A, dwelling 128, family 128.
In 1900, William and his family lived in the eastern section of Queensbury on Ridge Road. William was working as a brick moulder and Mary remained at home with the children. Their family had grown quite a bit by this time. Elizabeth was now 21 years old and was occupied stitching shirts; and Walter, at 15 years old was already employed moulding bricks. Beatrice, 12; George, 10; and Edward, 10; were all attending school. The youngest, Edson, at 5 years of age was home. Though Mary had given birth to 14 children, only 11 were still living.

Immigrated with his brother's family from England in 1872 to Canada and then to the United States in 1880. They settled in Queensbury, Warren County, New York.
