The only census that shows Wilber in the Parsons family lists his birth date as March 1897 with his birth being in New York. In 1900 the Parsons family, which included Arthur, Anna, and Wilber's brother, Victor who was a year old, lived at 14 Roberts Avenue in Queensbury, New York. Wilber's dad was working as a brick moulder.

Wilbur Parsons, aged six years, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Parsons of Rocky Hill, N.J., died yesterday of membraneous croup, after an illness of but twenty-four hours. Mr. and Mrs. Parsons were formerly of Glens Falls.
