1. Napoleon Caraccioli household, 1900 U.S. census, Middlesex County, New Jersey, population schedule, Woodbridge Township, enumeration district [ED] 71, supervisor's district [SD] 4, sheet 17A, dwelling 219, family 295.

In 1900, Caroline was 5 years old, living with her father and mother on Blair Road with her 4 siblings: Mary A., 10; Edwin B., 9; Dorothy, 1; "No name," 8 months. Her father was working as a marine engineer.

2. Catherine Longnecker household, 1910 U.S. census, Kings County, New York, population schedule, Borough of Brooklyn, enumeration district [ED] 368, supervisor's district [SD] 2, sheet 11, dwelling --, family 175.
The 1910 U.S. census shows Caroline at age 15 living with her sister Mary and brother-in-law, Fred P. Miller as a boarder at 162 Eagle Street in Brooklyn, New York. Neither Mary nor Caroline are employed at this census taking, but Fred is working as a detective for the railroad.

In 1920 Caroline, 24, was living with her husband, William in a home that they owned at 307 First Street in Roundup, Montana with their two children: M. Addell, 2; and Rex A., 11 months. William is listed as a road and building contractor at 48 years of age.

4. William Musgrave household, 1930 U.S. census, Los Angeles County, California, population schedule, Inglewood Township, enumeration district [ED] 19-1000, supervisor's district [SD] 19, sheet 4A, dwelling 96, family 190.

By 1930, Caroline and her family had moved to Los Angeles, California. William continued to do work as a "road builder." Caroline appears to have remained at home with the family which now included Addell, 12; Rex, 11; and John, 9. They resided at 821 New Lansing Avenue in a home that they rented for $18 a month.
