2. The following is transcribed from the will of Cipriano Caraccioli regarding Antonio: Item. "I give & bequeath unto my eldest son Antonio who has always lived from home and never visited me on my farm the sum of twenty-five dollars to be paid to him by my Executors or either of them when the property left by me shall be sold as aforesaid or in case my said property shall not be sold during the life time of my wife then it is my will that said sum of twenty-five dollars shall be paid to my said son as soon thereafter as it can be conveniently be paid."
